Introduction: Welcome to Atlas & Arrow Studios! By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth working relationship. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any of our services.
Service Agreement: When you purchase a design package or any other services, a contract outlining the specific deliverables, timeline, and payment terms will be provided. This contract must be signed before any work begins.
Intellectual Property: Once full payment has been made, all intellectual property rights to the design will be transferred to you. This includes website designs, logos, and other custom graphics. However, Atlas & Arrow Studios retains the right to showcase these designs in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials.
Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback, content, and materials needed to complete the project. Failure to provide these materials on time may result in a delayed project timeline or additional fees.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared throughout the project. Atlas & Arrow Studios will not disclose or share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent.
Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on services already rendered are not provided, as each project involves dedicated time, energy, and resources.
Limitation of Liability: Atlas & Arrow Studios is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of the website after launch. This includes, but is not limited to, website downtime, security breaches, or third-party software malfunctions.
Termination: Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract. In such cases, compensation will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of termination.
Changes to Terms: Atlas & Arrow Studios reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
