When I say wellness is in my DNA, I mean it. With a background in elite volleyball, yoga, spin, personal training, arbonne consulting and life coaching, I’ve dedicated myself to feeling my best and helping others do the same. 

I’ve also lived the hustle of starting a wellness business and know to my core it's no easy feat. From juggling coaching sessions to content creation, it's incredibly overwhelming to wear all the hats.

Atlas, named after my baby boy, represents the map and the foundation, while the arrow points to streamlined, simple solutions that get straight to the point.
