When I say wellness is in my DNA, I mean it.
With a background as a high-level athlete, yoga, spin, personal training, Arbonne, and life coaching, I’ve spent years learning how to feel my best—and helping others do the same.
I’ve also lived the hustle of launching a wellness business and know just how overwhelming it can be. From coaching sessions to content creation, wearing all the hats is no small feat.
